I take my bicycle down Woodlawn to Walmart on a regular basis. If in doubt, there are sidewalks to walk the bicycle. The only thing is that at night, you need to ensure there are lights on the bicycle. There are little to no street lights on the section between walmart and the seaway mall. What I do is ride up river road and turn near Rona to get into the Canadian tire and wal mart parking lot (same route the woodlawn bus takes)
