Andrew I love your videos I have lived in St. Catharines all my life and own a home in central St. Catharines, just feel prices are getting just so high, feel bad your young families, when I bought my little bungalow I paid $190,000 it’s just getting ridiculous, but God bless you for all the information ❤️🇨🇦❤️
Thank you!!!! I appreciate your feedback!! I will definitely be doing more VLOG style videos with my boots on the ground all over Niagara. Stay tuned =)

@@livinginniagara Andrew need more properties for retired seniors , but I do love your videos, I love ,y bungalow but property taxes are killing us, but beautiful area❤️🇨🇦❤️
Super great video. Moved to a new home in Port Weller East 4 months ago and your descriptions are bang on. Thanks for showing the neighbourhood and living style, not just the houses.
Love your videos, though I found them too late ... we're moving from the GTA to Vine Street north at the end of this month ... way north .. just a couple of blocks from the lake .. hey quick question though ... is that considered Port Weller? It's on the east side of Vine. Thanks!
Hey, thanks for your awesome feedback!!! Technically, Vine Street is the boundary, so everything West of Vine falls into the "Port Weller" district, south to Linwell, and East to Read Road. Enjoy your new home in St. Catharines!
Wanna move out of the GTA in the next couple of years for our next chapter of life now that we are becoming empty nesters. Very much like north of Lakeshore in St. Catherines and would love to own a detached bungalow in this area. Only thing holding us back is that we are not sure how people of visible minorities are treated. Stats don’t show them to be of any significant number in this area 😢

Andrew I agree would love a condo, but the condo fees are higher than a mortgage 😢😢😢
The whole trail is so cool, I used to pull up there, sit and eat subway, so fuckin peaceful! 👽👿👿
