Yes, you are right. Welland is about 1.75% vs St Catharines 1.63% and Niagara Falls 1.5%. Only Port Colborne is higher but both Weinfleet and Fort Erie are within hundredth of a percent lower than Welland.
Thanks for the feedback. Depends on what you invest for. As with any investment the numbers have to work for you. We are in a lull and that may provide opportunity.
@@GOATStoriesinspiration the real estate market prices throughout the Niagara Region, I mean. Because interest rates are up, it has brought home prices down some and there could be buying opportunities.
Moved here 2 years ago reminds me of Newmarket 20 + years ago it’s growing and with that the pains of doing so come with that as it loses that smaller town feel watch out downtown does have issue with homeless like any other city live in the Prince Charles area lots of street with mature trees so nice vibe know all my neighbours names very dog friendly would like to see the mayor put more emphasis on building a more economic friendly environment and on infrastructure as the city grows strain on water is going to be critical also using water front better think of San Antonio and how they used their canal. Need more employment opportunities for younger adults as getting around area is very time consuming.
No problem. I appreciate your feedback. The 3bd you'll find a few under $400K but they're usually with 1 bath. If you are not working with an agent, you are more than welcome to reach out to me with questions.

You should also add that Welland also has some of the highest property taxes in the region.
Yep, to my suprise. Also, water rate. High water bills
