Something I've been using to weld cracks on my citicar body is a soldering iron with a wide flat tip borrowed from my wood burning kit. I also suggest when possible putting some JB weld on the interior of the body where you fix the cracks from the exterior. Like you mentioned, it's pretty this plastic and most of these cracks are from structural strain so they could pop right back up if you drive it often. Keep it up! I really need to get back to rewiring mine lol

Good advice on the JB weld, I’ve also started using abs cement and a thinner cement that’s closer to the viscosity of water to penetrate cracks.
