It's one of the most beautiful devices I've ever used. It's limited in it's web browsing, I'll admit, but it has, in my opinion, the best interface for music playing.

This really reminds me a lot of my Windows Phone. Oddly, I noticed that the main thing I end up using my phone for other than the basic phone calls, texting, camera, and GPS functions... is music. It seems to be unusually well suited to functioning as a music player. I really hate the fact that people preferred the "simplicity" of iPods. To me, that's just proof that people have no taste and aren't very bright... if they somehow thought an iPod was better than a Zune.
The Zune HD was not very popular. It didn't make a large market splash. However, for the people who did buy it, it was great. It had great reviews. It was priced competitively. And with the Zune Pass, the device truly achieved its potential. However, it was not popular in the modern world where versatility reigns king.
did you speed your commentary up in post production? it's an informative, in depth review but the commentary sounds almost robotic and artificially fast and grates after the first few mins. no offence!!

NO EQ??? you do not know how to use a digital device!! Go to settings CLIK to music and at the top it reads EQ...NONE tap on NONE and you get many choices. Sounds GR8...a little complicated to upload music. I do not like that Zune is trying to figure out Genre...I do not like that feature.
