    Sunny, this was excellent, thank you! If you title it “meditation” more people will find it and then play it repeatedly as they practice with you (will increase your view hit for sure.) it would be awesome if you make more meditations. Your voice tone and length of time in the silence were perfect. 🙏🏼

      @@selfinquiryschool (ok so I’m CEO of a tech startup so here are my two cents…move “Meditation:…” up to the front of the title. It may get truncated on some screens if it’s at the end and people’s eyes may glaze over it at the end. Plus I don’t know if YT’s algo gives more relevance to the beginning words of titles for search results, but my spidey sense is that they do.) :)

    Hi sunny! Been following you for quite a while now. I have been having problem with fear of silence since i was a kid. Therefore finding silence as a kind of phobia. Can you do meditation for the fear(even the fear of fear)? Or any suggestion on what to do, since i cant go deep for i always react when its too hot too handle

    This was a very helpful video. Thank you so much, Sunny. ❤️ I saw in another video that you recommend around 15-30 minutes of meditation, twice a day. But you said only the meditation with no guidance. Does this particular video's pointer meditation not count even though it really does help to feel the stillness of presence? Your guidance would be very helpful for my journey. 🙏Thanks, Sunny.

    Helpful. Thanx again Sunny

    Hi,
    This is a response to the comment made by Mr. Tashi Lhamu
    Here the term surrender actually indicates - to offer.
    To offer all the chatter and allow it to sink in the presence of being so that it doesn't interfere with the stillness that is being experienced.
    Actually experiencing the 'being state' is the entire purpose of this meditation.
    Surrendering or offering are words that are being used to diffuse or disassociate with the noise the mind makes (often unnecessarily).
    This is an insight into the meditation and this surrender can be experienced during the meditation. But in fact it's the practice to be aware of the entire day if one can abide as the presence of being.
    There is nothing esoteric about the whole process. It's just pure understanding of the self and the mind.

      @markescartin6613 ปีที่แล้ว

      All that mystical stuff you alluded to would be great if you lived in a cave in India. In the real world of physical beings as a human trapped in a body it's slightly more complicated after all people AND their suffering are a result of profound identification as well as misplaced emotional attachment!
