Hi Sunny I watched your videos but still wanted to ask where should I place my attention when I’m not using my mind? Is it okay to place it on body sensations? I feel like you didn’t answer that part in your last video
@@selfinquiryschoolits About Second last year, i Used to do Anapana Satti Meditation By Observing Breath But unknowingly i created a Fake ego that Im the one who is making the body breathe and Once a Night While sleeping My attention moved to my Breath unwillingly and i Got Afraid when i noticed my breath stopped for some seconds (which was actual very normal thing when body relax) and after that I suffered Panic Attacks due to that fear of Not Focusing on Breathing....And I left meditation for almost two years but i have now started again as Now I have experienced that Those fears were fake and created By my ego Now im very Carefull About Practice...Btw can u give any Suggestion so that This time i dont fall into Same trick of distracting me from Meditation by my mind again ?

Leting go of the known is happening for so long then what remains is unknown So many things going on and it’s immediately known and disappears In fact I don’t know what to say who am i I don’t know One thing for sure is nothing that is known is not important but mind wants to know what remains is again let go Who knows is also not important Jst knows But the urge to know what remains is so irritating though it is also let go All i can say is everything is jst happening I can’t do anything controlling is useless Jst remaining as feeling of aliveness

Agree, ive been dealing with similar situations too. In my opinion you should defend yourself, yes, but in a manner that speads awareness
