    I experienced it before when I was meditating on my I Am-ness to the point I can’t feel my body. Like I’m floating or above my head. Its just being consciousness. Observing. Silence. Stillness. But aware.

    The clarity of these realizations by someone so young is phenomenal! It results in explanations that create accessibility (at least for me) that I don't get with some very established teachers, as great as they are.

    I just realized that before I found your videos, I unconsciously do self inquiry meditation when I’m overwhelmed, anxious and just want to shut off everything, everyone, and the world. I just sit in complete silence with myself not thinking anything and most of the time I held my breath to calm myself down. Its my way of letting go/setting myself free from everything. Everytime I do this, something manifest once I let go. I am so grateful that I don’t have to do this unconsciously anymore, bec now this self inquiry practice has become part of my day to day living. I do this before bed and before I get out of bed everyday. Everyone including my new boss told me that I’m always peaceful, calm and relaxed. I promised myself last October that I would master this and I did. I look forward to your videos and I am teaching my friends to practice this bec this is the way to freedom. Thank you Sunny for helping us transform our lives! 🌞

    Be still and know that I AM GOD 🧘🏽‍♀️ Strange How this simple sentence in the Bible is misunderstood. After Neville Goddard I realised the true meaning 🧡

    • @NicoleEivissa
      @NicoleEivissa 4 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      Lisa Marie it’s like 10 times probably I came across this sentence in two days in various sources like videos/comments/posts... it’s the answer I needed. And as I’m moving on my way to my manifestation through the different emotional states, I felt like I have done all and suddenly this was what I needed. Exactly what I needed. I think some coaches underestimate/don’t stress out enough the power of meditations=“be still”, and guess what, that’s what I haven’t been doing for a while😄 So now time to do them again. It’s incredible once you start affirm “I get the answers on every question”, they just keep coming^^

      Yes!!! I’ve been in the false understanding that I can’t stop my thoughts coming, that they HAVE to be there. This video opened my eyes that it’s not like that. I’m definitely starting to understand what does it really mean “awareness”. I imagine that it’s like someone who stands above on a mountain (my awareness) and observes all the thoughts running there like little people on horses 🐴 or something like that😂 And it makes perfect sense for me because you can decide if you want to be that rattle-headed horse and run in craziness down there without any direction or security or if you just get back to the “observatory place” on that mountain, watching them and smiling because you are still.😊

    In Adyashanti's latest book he wrote a whole chapter about recognizing how awareness is already here. To become aware of this awareness is a beautiful quiet thing. It's already happening without our help. This has made a world of difference when resting as awareness. There's nothing for the egoic mind to do. I think this is why my having suffered tremendous trauma from child abuse, and suffered more trauma from an emotional divorce, my mind wants to control things in my environment. It's also understandable why it's difficult to trust any human. However, I am starting to trust a higher power through simple awareness. Thank you, Sunny. So encouraging to see a young person discussing these topics.

Since i have been following you, i no longer listen to all those other vids including Esther Hicks. I have learned faster with you than any other! Thank you so much for contributing to my peace of mind and my new way of living. You are right when you say we will "look forward to meditating" because i used avoid it. Thank you so much for this. I have been struggling to 'go within' during my meditations lately, to the point that my practice has become a source of frustration and avoidance. And this is further exacerbated by strong source messages and reminders to reconnect with myself - detach from my thoughts - and to trust my inner knowing. Stumbling onto this video, listening to your pointers, and practicing them while listening seems to have already helped me to transcend a layer of the blockages I have been experiencing; and as you mention in your video, I am already thirsty for more!! Excited to continue practicing this, this week, along with the track you've recommended. So thank you times infinity, Sunny!

    Beautiful explained! Thank you. I'm a newbie with meditation and like you said just doing 10min puts a spring to my step in the morning. In a way I'm thankful for Coronavirus lockdown, I was finally able to start exploring and learning about spirituality.

    I AM loving this (all of your videos) and yes, I stayed through the end. I know you put this out a year ago but it is of great value. I am off to find my favorite Theta Waves.. Thank you!
