The reason people love Sam is simply is content is relatable and makes you feel like you could go on the same journey, there’s no BS over the top production that makes it cringe or hard to absorb.

This is why I made the comment on Sam's channel about the attitude of a spotter. I see time after time in Sam's videos when he gets a spotter they just stand in silence. Be a real gym bro and give the person your spotting some motivation. Be the hype man! Let them know your here for those assisted reps, 1 more, 1 more, come on let's do this! That's what a great spotter is to me anyways. A good spotter is someone that motivates you to go beyond your own boundaries. Someone who is a great hypeman. So the next time a gym bro needs a spotter try and be that motivation that person needs to go beyond. Wouldn't you want the same? Look at what Sam said at time 3:51 of this video.
