I love the Stanzcyk’s Super~Positivity so much that I rewatch your videos for inspiration to get better and better at practicing the WFPB lifestyle! Working on being vegan again~~it’s definitely a process for me. If I get super~triggered by people, oftentimes I will slip up and eat something convenient and comforting. Then my body doesn’t like how that makes me feel afterwards, which motivates me to prepare more plant~based, organic comfort foods. It’s all about food~prep, and it is a labor of love that I will continue for the rest of my beautiful life! Thanks for all you do!😘
I have been vegan for almost ten years and I’m planning a baby soon, but I am quite nervous about bringing my baby up vegan but I have to say after seeing how cute and perfect your boy is, you give me confidence.
My husband and I live ALL of your videos and we would LOVE to see an aloe video and a pantry tour. Grateful for all of your tips and shared knowledge. Keep up the great work!
Yes, would love an aloe video. Berries are SO expensive and go moldy SO fast, I buy frozen. My absolute favorite are wild blueberries (organic of course) Love this video, you are an inspiration xoxo
Thanks for the video. Very helpful. I can’t even imagine going through all of that produce in two weeks. You need to make a video follow up on how you use all of that through out the next two weeks, because I can’t even in vision what you might do with all of that. Please do a follow up for us beginners. Even a two week grocery and menu list would help. PLEASE.
I like how not only did you show us your frig, but you shared recipes/links/uses along the way! You are so conversational, I felt like I was right there in your kitchen, lol :)
Just found your channel today, loving the content as well as your journey. You go girl! I’m 55 and am on my own journey trying to find my best health through menopause. Never intended to a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle per say, but am gravitating in this direction as I listen to how my body feels as I eliminate dairy and meat products. I have always eaten a lot of fruits and veggies so it is beginning to feel like a natural fit as opposed to a sacrifice. My biggest concern is getting enough protein while trying to avoid soy products. Looking forward to following along with you, such an inspiration!
Please do a pressure cooker video, especially your technique for cooking beets, i love them but hate trying to cook them. Thanks for sharing your fridge. Inspiring.
I'd love to see that beet pressure cooker video! And really any ways you use your pressure cooker for plant based eating! Thanks for sharing your tips and tricks with us!
We definitely NEED that pantry tour video, I can’t even imagine how organized that looks! Loved this video, totally inspired to up my fridge organization. 🌱💛
Just stumbled upon this video and so happy I did! Love your food choices and your fabulous organization skills..your fridge is BEAUTIFUL! #goals! would also love to see your pantry :)
Yes, pressure cooker video too. I’m just learning to use my instant pot so looking for some great ideas for using. Thanks! Love all of your videos. So inspiring.
I buy the aloe leafs too! I’ve only used mainly for hair and have eaten a spoonful here and there. Would love to see more info. on aloe. Your videos are so motivating! Thank you E, D and M🥰
I store my hemp hearts, flax seeds, chia seeds, walnuts, and coconut shreds in my freezer. We have a small kitchen and small fridge. None of these actually freeze, so it works out perfectly.
Please do a video on aloe. I have bought some in the past that was too bitter and ruined my smoothies. I switched to buying aloe juice. Would love to learn more. Heard it is one of the most cellular healing herbs.
Would love to see an aloe video....also, a recipe book or online recipe book....I would love a step by step guide to start eating like you.....love your videos so much! I am learning a lot......
I usually get those boxes of organic spinach at Costco, four at a time. I live alone, so obviously even one would go bad before I can use it. What I do is put them in the freezer just as they are, right in the box. When I want a few handfuls of some for cooking or smoothies, I just pull it out of the freezer. The really cool thing is, it doesn’t all clump into a hard pile. They are almost flakey. And no waste whatsoever. You don’t even have to thaw it out. Try it. You will be glad you did.
Max is so adorable! Would love to see more tips on feeding a baby & Toddler I have a 2 year old still nursing and only way he eats veggies & fruit currently is in a smoothie.
Awesome video! Love this! Tomorrow is grocery day! What brand of containers do you use for leftovers, to freeze berries etc? Max is getting so big! Love his energy, smiles! He is such a shining star! 🙏🏻❣️
Love, love this fridge tour!! I wish I had a spouse (and teenager!) who was also WFPB vegan! We kind of split the fridge/freezer for our supplies, but I feel like I need my OWN fridge since I mostly eat raw, too. Such a fun and inspiring video!!! *HUGS* to everyone in the family!! xoxo
Oh my gosh loved this, I’ve just discovered your channel tonight. I’m plant based, prominently raw till dinner as well, I decided the beginning off this year to finish up meats, ( I was already dairy and egg free from food intolerances) and I just love it! I’m a smoothie bowloholic as well 😂 I’m glad I’m not the only one who buys that many bananas, I always have half a trolley full. My stomach for many years hasn’t tolerated Pulses and legumes, quinoa and many veggies, I’d love to be able to have pulses again as the curries and Buddha bowls always look so yummy. I’d love to transition my 3 year old son to more plant based foods as well. Can’t wait to watch the rest off yours videos. Thanks for the inspiration 💕🙏
Thanks for the great video. Would love a pantry and aloe vera video:) Also, I'm curious what your weekly food budget is and/or if you have specifics on money saving tips. Thanks!
If you drive to the grocery store , what my husband does is When checking out at the till he will put the grocery items back into the cart and bring them to the vehicle where our reusable bins are. This is how they do it in Germany as well. Maybe an idea to ditch the plastic bags.
I like the idea of apple cider vinegar with carbonated water. Never done that. I love Kombucha, but as a diabetic, I've been told there is still quite a bit of residual sugar so I'm going to try your idea. Otherwise, I put ACV in a green juice.
You guys should try nut milk. You just need soak nuts over night and use coconut water and put it in juicer and that's it. I saw that on fully raw kristina
Ooooo- now I have an idea on what I am going to buy !!! Also, yesss please do a video on how to cook Aloe Vera !! Also, what do u recommend we start off buying as a first time vegan? I noticed you have a lot of diff foods in containers (beans, rice, etc) but, idk what exactly to buy so I can start cooking off
Yes! Id love to know more about aloe....ive put it in smoothies but id love to jar it in the summer for the fridge in case of too much sun etc. I wasnt sure how long it would last in the fridge?........
