I started following you years ago when you did one of your first fridge videos thinking I wish my fridge look like that! At that time we were unhealthy vegans. I am SO proud to say that nowadays my fridge looks pretty much like yours! All organic fruit, and veggies or leftover from homemade plant based meas. I make my own milk, nut butters no more oils or processed junk. Amazing lifestyle! I’m full of energy and only crave healthy foods. So, Success!! Thanks for being an inspiration of how to raise a healthy family!

Although we now live in North Carolina, we were raised in Florida. I found that using plastic bags are useful an additional paper towel helps absorbs most moisture that may form. At 76 I still am learning new tricks! enjoy your show and those adorable children.

If there is a Costco anywhere near you, I highly recommend getting a membership. They have larger containers of organic produce, tofu, beans, the sprouted organic oatmeal, organic nuts, natural organic peanut butter, organic rice, the organic rice millet ramen and more!

I found to keep my fruits fresh for a long time is when I washed and dried them and put them in the mason jars
They stay fresh for more than a week
They work great for berries and veggies

Erin, avoid plastic bags because they trap in moisture and make your veg slimey fast. Instead, store things in water baths in the fridge! Try this: chop the butt off your celery, and put in a jar with water like you would flowers, and you will have the crunchiest celery ever. Let me know how it goes!

I am currently struggling to find a contraception method that works for my body and psyche and I was wondering if you do contraception after two kiddos and if you would like to talk about it? I don't want to step too close, so its fine if you don't, but I'd be very interested. I personally struggle with a lot of weight, depressed mood, no lust and bloating issues from hormonal contraception but also from heavy bleeds and painful period and painful sex as well with any other (like the Kupferkette) or without any method. all the colorful love to you in Florida from Berlin, Germany!

Does thrive market only work if you have a contract with them? And if so, how long are you 'locked in' for or can you cancel the plan? I usually visit the states for about 2-3 months a year and would love organic groceries to be home delivered, however I don't want to be stuck with a contract in the US that keeps charging my creditcard when I am back in Europe.
