    I have to use fennel seeds more often. I also heard that chewing fennel seeds is against bad breath and a good replacement for mouth water. So everyone who still might use mouth water stop using it and chew fennel. Much love. xx

    Literally Ayurveda is my way of life 🙏🏾😇.
    Just to add some thing... pure ginger juice mixed with line juice (this mixture becomes pink in color) taken after meals is really good for releasing flatulence.

    huh, when I translate all of this herbs and spice to my Croatian langue, it is totally different word. For instance "fennel" is "komorač" (č = hard "ch" like Chakra)

    one thing i didn't understand, you make the ginger fresh every time, or it's someting that you restore?

    • @sumit8560
      @sumit8560 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Ginger pickle can be stored.It's basically fermented ginger.Fermentation cause a lot of good gut bacteria to form in ginger.However you can have raw ginger a small piece with some drops of lemon and black salt 1/2 hr before meal.Just keep it in ur mouth and slowly chew and gulp its juice.
