Adventure Camp at J.B.Academy, Ayodhya

The morning kicked off with a bus ride to Ayodhya at 6:30 to participate in this Adventure Camp along with students of Yash Vidya Mandir. On reaching the school around 9:30 a.m the students were briefed about the activities that were planned for them to participate in throughout the day by Mr. Anit Sah, who supervised the Camp. He is the Founder/Director of Altitude Expeditions. At the early age of 17, he became the youngest person to climb Mt.Everest!
The students geared up for the upcoming itinerary of 10 thrilling and challenging activities - Rope climbing, Pirates crossing, Double Jumaring rappelling, flying fox ,cat walk, inclined log, types of ropes and knots etc.
Challenging the endurance, balance, quick thinking skills, etc the activities were designed to test the individual strength of each participant making it a perfect package ensuring it had something for everyone.
From the preparation to the Final day of the camp the students underwent a transformative journey.
The pre-camp training made the students physically and mentally stronger to face the challenges which pushed them beyond their comfort zones, leading to increased self-confidence and a greater sense of accomplishment. Students also learned the importance of teamwork and communication skills.
The entire experience has paved a way for self reflection and personal growth in students that will influence their approach towards challenges in their daily lives. The students have increased self confidence after the thrilling yet learning experience.
