We just started our AI animation. It's been fun to do, but definitely not as seamless as all these AI animation videos make them seem. Here are a couple of quick takes: 1) Hard to make a complete AI animation using only free tools; 2) "Quick" is relative - we've (2) only been able to make 3 videos a week, but now that we are getting better at generating images and videos along with optimizing our process, we may be able to get it down to 1 per day depending on the story.
