I am glad that Polly did get a Dragon to help her with her own health problems and others who suffer also. Polly has a very pleasant personality and seems sincere. I wish her the very best.
‘Health problems’ is really a bit of a stretch. She has small patches of skin which don’t have as much pigment. Hardly a health problem. How about people living with fibromyalgia. How about people living with multiple sclerosis. How about people living with chrons disease. Those are Actual health problems.

Unfortunately the deal never went through, but Polly still found it was great for the sheer amount of awareness raised for the condition.

I'm so incredibly pleased for Polly - any dermatological issue is a concern for the individual in question, & whilst not large scale thus far, is a sincere & empathetic protagonist for her product - I wish her the very best in her endeavour :)

The deal was never completed.
Touker's assessment of her being "all over the place" business-wise was spot on, if Company House records are anything to go by. The business was dormant for a while, has previously averted a compulsory strike-off action due to late filings and a current strike-off action for overdue accounts/filings has recently been suspended.
She should've taken his offer.
Ah shame. Missed out on some touker time. I thought his offer was better. You’d feel in safer hands with him to take care of things.
I would not call it founders-syndrome but she is very attached to her business and not necessarily more interested in making money - the route that Touker offered!

I would invest in her if i had the money, she turned trauma (for many) and a bad situation into a solution. Kudos on her. In a better world this should be at least partially paid for by health insurance.

Did we watch the same video? She said she couldn't invest because of a potential conflict. IE: She has cosmetics that do something very similar.
Yeah but it was weird how the narrator said "she's out because of her business insticts". Maybe it's the narrator's fault but it doesn't take an instictive feeling to recognise when you've got a conflict. Unless the product is only loosely related.
They are in it to make money. If they can't see how they're going to make money, why should they invest?

It didn't have anything to do with that. The dragons have often pulled out because the products were just too similar. It is a conflict of interest.
I don’t think it was a conflict of interest. The leading questions were about her intentions for the business and Deborah felt that the two of them would want to go in different directions. They would have conflict. She said she was torn about it and all the good points but as per many episodes and all the dragons, sometimes they just don’t feel right about how the interactions would go. That’s a fair assessment and not an attack.
Very good risk. A dynamic woman.

I love duncan but he was getting more and more beligerant as time went on. Even if the others liked an idea a lot of the time he'd just not understand it and declare himself out. He was entertaining though for sure.
