I'm from Aberdeen and have passed this shop many times. The thing is, when was this programme originally aired? Was it last year, 2018, 2017? Because of the coronavirus, I would imagine small businesses like this would have collapsed during this dreadful year. I mean, he turns over half a million but with a net profit of £2,000???

He kept speaking about passion, different techniques, and higher quality chocolate but avoided answering *why* that is the case about seven times. Making a golf-ball or sunglasses out of chocolate is not innovative; it's a novelty that, if successful, will quickly be copied.
Cocoa Ooze is a horrible name - it sounds like a slimy product. And why doesn't he try for a shop in Edinburgh where tourists want to buy gifts, souvenirs and sit down for a while? Finally, I respect Touker's courage in ignoring the other dragons and putting his money where his mouth is - he's got the fighting spirit that a young business needs.
