I put my status as married in my dv lottery application. But in reality it wasn’t documented or legal. After results were back that’s when we got married legally and even got the certificate. But it’s dated currently. Like it has the actual date of after the results of the lottery. Do you recommend to use those dates when filling the ds 260?? Won’t it have any negative effect on scheduling my interview date or when getting a visa ??
I also said that I have a bachelors degree in my dv application. But in reality I’m done with school through we shall get our transcripts in January 2025 after graduation. What education level should I put when filling the ds 260?? Incase I put high school diploma since I have it completed and documented, won’t it also affect me negatively when getting a visa since it will seem like I am lying to them??

Yes, you must include the baby. If you have submitted ds260 already, unlock and add ds260 for your newborn

Hello Verified So. A friend was selected for the 2023 program but was denied visa because he included a kid sister to the wife in his application. Now his wife who was a derivative by then was selected in 2024 and her application is clean now because they have corrected that issue. Will that refusal affect this year's application headed by the wife?
