And my last question is, do I have the right to leave America after my victory, for example, my mother wants me to help her or does she need me?What paper should I apply for?

I heard that it’s important to submit the DS260 form as soon as possible to get a chance of being interviewed earlier. Someone might have a lower count number, but if they don’t fill out the form on time, don’t people who already filled it out to come before that to save time?

I’ve been selected for further processing. The problem is that my passport is going to expire on November 2023. My case number is 22000+, and I believe that my interview will be at least in April 2023. Will be they able to issue visa in that passport ? Because there is a rule that your passport must be valid at least 6 month after your entry to the states. In my situation my passport might be valid less then 6 month at all. Maybe someone knows what to do in that situation? Can I complete ds 260 form with current passport and then change it to new one?

You have to marry legally before filling the dv-260 so you can add him to the form
