How do i write an email to correct mistakes on my derivatives's DS-260. What is the format of the email i should write to request for the unlocking of my wife's Ds 260 form. I am the main applicant.
My father has three names on my birth certificate. However I used only his first and last name on my ds 260. Is it one of the serious mistake that can affect my interview?
After submitting my dv260, I noticed on the Vaccination and the primary questions sections asking me to Explain. Should I request for my ds260 form to be unlocked.

Can i request the Embassy to open my case and add some social media accounts that we forget?
You can and also can add them during the interview
My second question is Tunisia is eligible for American embassy for some people to have interview
Yes. You can do your interview from any US embassy even those in country that are not eligible
