Is it illegal for a couple, if both have been selected to choose two embassies for increasing the chance of getting 2 NL? For example caisse number of wife while completing DS 260 is located at Nairobi embassy, and a caisse number of a husband is located at Tanzania embassy. Is that possible? Because some embassies are doing well others are working poorly.
