I am still learning things 3 years after this game came out. This is why I love this game. Thanks tightrope! I'll use the wire trick to save munitions for mines on doors in the future.
Also There's another trick you can do vs squads in buildings too, place one stripe of wire by a door so that they can enter but when they try to exit the squad will still get stuck. This acts as a better trap than the two wire strip idea.

+Helping Hans (James Whiteside) I did try the one wire to make squads stuck on a couple doors and it didn't work on one door (maybe I had just placed it wrong) so I figured best to just give something that I got 100% results with

+tightrope gaming Sure fair enough I will do some more test with this myself to see if it's just certain houses this one wire strip works on. Btw you encouraged me to start my own tips back up. Thanks :).

I always loved wire tricks, because they show ingenuity and are free to boot. In CoH I you could place "U" shaped wire section near your +10 F in Semois, and the enemy capturing would walk right into the line of fire of the base defences...

I would love to see map breakdowns. Like strong positions for attacking/defending, but in bite size pieces. If that's possible in a short video :P

i wish lelic would increase the retreat radius of your base, similar to the reinforcement radius. otherwise they will still clump up..

that triangular wiring trick on houses is indeed a gret one!

Double-Shots also works with certain tanks that have special ammunition (such as Wolverine and Jackson), special shots (as Pershing) and even switching fire-modes (as königstiger's spearhead ability)... double-shooting with a KT is pretty scary :D

+Gwaeddwynn I didn't want to include the Pershing because I think that is likely to be patched

One comment on the door wire traps; killing the stuck unit with a mortar is a bad idea. The mortar might hit the wire first, destroying it and giving the squad an opportunity to escape. It's best to just use small arms fire.

+MrAerohank Yeah I meant it as odds are they are going to get back into the building so just barrage that. You are right don't aim at them in the wire.
