I did this speedrun completely glitchless, but an even cooler category might be the Out Of Bounds speedruns. They completely skip multiple chapters of the game and I recommend checking one out! I'll update my description in a few days to show that world record once it gets optimized, and let me know if you'd like me to give it a try in the future

Watching this, I just now thought that Cassie almost being crushed by a falling elevator (at the beginning) could be foreshadowing to the “Elevator Ending”.

There is a theory that the last part of what gregory said was said by the mimic, since there was a suspicious adjusting of the radio. And, why would gregory guide her to the elevator only to just make her fall? And how was he able to make it fall?
The greatest thing about this DLC is that they made a flashlight, that works like a flashlight. Because it doesn't die in the span of 5 minutes.

Y’know, the fact that the speed running community calls the sprint jumping tactic bunny hopping is especially fitting considering how often Cassie is wearing the Vanny mask in Ruin
In SB and SB Ruin it should instead be called Bonnie Hopping for the joke
bunny hoping is just a term in gaming as a whole as many games have something like there were a combination of running and jumping is faster from fps games to open world games not just fnaf

@@notaaronpitts4439 They seem to get it, but you seem to miss the slight novelty that bunny-hopping is so useful in a game in which you wear a bunny mask.
Man that scream of Cassie's at the end just breaks me everytime. It makes it clear to you that all your work so far has been completely pointless and even kills you. I severely hope this is not the true ending.
I feel like Scooper is going to be the true ending, given like past games it's the more in-depth ending, but besides "Brazil" ending (apparently that's the name in the files, it's the one where you put on the mask) either option seems possible at this time. Both end up with Cassie and Roxy in the basement with the Mimic, either alive or scooped
@@dhi_holo yeah, since mimic is dead in the scooper ending that makes me think it's the canon one. either that or a secret ending people are still trying to discover
if the main character dies, its not the true ending

@@dhi_holo we don't know if she dies or not. The elevator fell but we don't know what happened to her. People can either die or survive elevator drops depending on how high they are
After the Roxy scare you can go through the other door while wearing the mask to save 5 or 6 seconds, it also skips the rest of the radio call with Gregory to give you full momentum again
Why the heck did Cassidy even try to rescue Gregory? First of all as soon as she entered and didn’t see or hear Gregory, she should have left and second of all as soon as she realized her life was in danger or when she got that mask, she should have thought “this place is a little too dangerous” and booked it. Third of all Gregory conveniently knows everything about the place and what you are supposed to do.
Edit: and fourth of all why didn’t Gregory contact the police and instead contacted you?
You forgot something = Gregory telling her to shut down ALL security keeping the murderous robots in check.
Maybe because Gregory was gonna go to her birthday party but that’s when he got stuck into the pizza plex because of Vanessa or in one of the cut out boards in Roxy race way, you can see Gregory comforting Cassie when she was crying
The mimic uses the voice of Gregory to lure her in.
Plot has to happen therefore she is trusting and gullible
maybe the history between them is just rlly personal so thats why gregory felt comfort in contacting someone more understanding than the police (they would probably question gregory why he was there in the first place and cause trouble) and vise versa with cassie wanting to help someone she felt a great deal of comfort around in the past.
Helpi in the server room is such a weird interaction. During the first room, his eyes are blue and it looks like he’s using prewritten responses (20:39). During the second room, his eyes are yellow and he’s talking directly to Cassie. (21:19). His message “I said ‘SHOULD’ be safe. It is not safe and I am not wrong” was always super sus to me. Not only is it kinda aggressive, but Helpi is wrong. He said It should be safe but it isn’t. Then he keeps you in the mask to “keep you safe” when the rabbit is actively there and trying to kill you. Yellow helpi might be apart of M.X.E.S and working with the rabbit, or he’s infected and trying to kill off Cassie.
Well, throughout the game his picture changes from the normal, blue-eyed Helpi, to a corrupted, yellow-eyed variant when he tends to say the super sus things. I'd say corruption/Mimic shenanigans. Not to mention that when the Bunbun is "banished" Not-Gregory responds to Helpi like he knew what he was saying (@15:50).
There's a lot of foreshadowing/hints of what's going down all the way through tbh.

@@Shadowcynder1830 that moment confirmed in my first play through that Gregory was fake. Bunny virus is something only someone with a mask can see, as is helpi. Gregory is only suppose to have a Walkytalky, maybe a camera. There’s no way he could have seen helpi
Helpi was ALWAYS the mimic; the point of the game is for Cassie to unknowingly release the mimic. Helpi helps you do exactly that. Conversely, the Mxes are the good guys trying to keep the mimic contained.

Fun fact: The very beginning of RUIN where Cassie goes through the entrance's glass is actually not even glass - I think it was GameTheory or Fusion who confirmed that they didn't add in any glass
Probably Game Theory, Steph had to get Matt and Tom to stop discussing the glass and actually start playing the game again

To be fair, watching other people play the game, the sound is the jumpscare 99 times of 100. Someone i watched missed that the cart even came down because they weren't looking, i think. And when they got to virtual afton they even commented on the fact that they often hear the cue and just take off the mask so don't even get startled by seeing him appear

The bunny's name, as decided by AstralSpiff and his community, is Pegtrap. The game's files calls it black rabbit, but it could also be part of the M.X.E.S Security system that Gregory mentions
Also, I decided that getting jumped by Pegtrap is called getting pegged
i like how ruin shows all the animatronics in the state gregory put them in. Hes like 11 and he somehow managed to fuck up these guys in a couple hours
Children are destructive by nature. That's why you shouldn't give them toys you don't want them to destroy.
Truly a great guy. He tells you when jumpscares are coming up to keep the video casual viewing.

idk if speezy is voice overing his speedrun or not, but if he doesn't and he actually commented the game while speedrunning it truly shows how good speezy was and how he's always beat other people without focusing

I think the routing for this game will be interesting. Because of the delay each time you remove or put on the mask, you'd have to minimise changes. But keeping the mask on comes with its own obvious drawbacks.
(Apparently he's named Pegtrap, btw. But I call him SpringtARp. Because AR.)

@@ironsada_playz I think it was from AstralSpiff (and/or his community) that I heard the bunny is called "Pegtrap" in the game code.
I thought it was a good inversion to have the rabbit, usually a bad omen, turn out to be part of the security system trying to stop the bad stuff happening. Even though it was obvious "Gregory" wasn't really Gregory, you couldn't necessarily tell whether all the things trying to stop you rescuing him were more bad guys or actually on the side of good.

I love how, even though he's doing the speedrun, Speezy doesn't spoil things about the game (like saying Gregory is lazy because he doesn't want to move)
I think the Black Rabbit itself needed to be an actual threat. The animatronics themselves are all heavily nerfed compared to the base game, so they're quite literally non-issues. They only kill you if Black Rabbit literally spawns them on you. But the fact you can just walk through the Black Rabbit without issue feels weird.
They should have made an AR World equivalent to the fazer blaster or faz-cam. Something that was really limited in use, but when used would let you move past the Black Rabbit without being jumpscared and game overed. But on top of that, I think they could have afforded to have Monty and Chica be more aggressive than they are. I get it's because of the linear nature of the maps, but they're just too weak right now.
most people think the nodes are repetitive but honestly I don't mind them because I just take it as a free roam game in a way but the nodes just keep you on track. I more of act of them as beacons to the next area then anything, so I don't mind them. Also really good run!

@@Findavy propably try to connect to other networks, in order to give Afton access to new bodies and victims. Atleast i think Afton is in mimic.
You can do a skip in the theater that could help you save a couple of seconds, you just have to jump on the boxes closest to the screen, put on the vanny mask jump into the screen then remove the mask. It takes you straight to the vents and you wont have to do the camera bit.
39:06 there's a secret passage way on the left of the cave on the last cave with a freddy cardboard cutout eating ice cream. The passage way allows you put on the v.a.n.n.i mask and finish the game faster and unlock the "Secret Ending" which shows a scene of Gregory, Vanessa (probably), and Helpy eating ice cream. It'll probably save a minute or seconds of time.

it is kinda strange to see a face reveal of our easy speezy boy, but also strange when he isn't looking in any direction of the camera, or doing a face-cam voice-over so that he does get to look in to the camera

Blue-eyed Helpi is the normal one, Yellow-eyed Helpi is presumed to be the Mimic hijacking it to manipulate you

Very good speedrun, but can we talk about the part where he called the Forklift a Bulldozer?
For speedrunning, I think triggering the secret ending with the Fredbear poster is the best since once you put on the VANNI mask it directly take you to the ending, but after you go to the elevator there are still some dialogue and animations that will slow you getting to the credits page.
What strange about me is how i watch eazyspeezy not for speedruns but for walkthrough i feel like the other walkthroughs are really slow💀
Why not go for the other ending where we see Gregory with Helpy at sunset? That ending seems much faster in hindsight. Perhaps you didn’t know at the time I guess.

One of the funniest parallels (to me) was in Security Breach, Sun YEETS Gregory out of the Daycare. In Ruin, Eclipse gently places Cassie on the ground. They truly have no tolerance for trouble makers, huh?
I love the way you do these speedruns so easily and even encountering these animatronics that you can just basically run past them and the lose you and you don't have to deal with them anymore!❤Also your personality is so fun and energetic! When I watched somebody stream this DLC, Chica got her in the place with the giant rabbit. Don't know whether it was from spending too much time close to him or if it was a bug since Chica shouldn't even be able to get into a place that doesn't exist.

Proof that Gregory is innocent: look at the subtitles. The end of the "now it's free" line and the start of the "we can't risk being followed" line are both shown at the same time. Both are attributed to "Gregory", but if they were both actually him, then the subtitles would just continue directly from one line into the other. But they show it as two different people talking.
I love watching these glitchless horror game speedruns because I'm a scaredy cat and a good commentary with fast gameplay makes me happy

Fun fact: it seems that its actually the mimic that cut the elevator. You can tell there is another voice by the overlapping captions, and there is apparently a cut to the audio as if someone else connected. I saw this in a seperate video's comment section, so I just want to clear gregory here.

i will have to admit, i only watched like 5min of the video, but it just seems so much better than the main game, cause it kinda gives you a direction and makes you feel like it's a story game. Leading to cutscene jumpscares a lot more often that are forced upon you

Man, they did Roxy dirty in this DLC. Gave her a heartwrenching death scene and then _completely_ undermined it by bringing her back _just_ to have her get wrecked offscreen by the Mimic. I can't believe they managed to make this DLC do to Security Breach what Security Breach did to the rest of the series.
Remember she was rebooted, not killed by Cassie. Same with sun.

Look, the story itself treats it like she's shutting off Roxy for good. For fuck's sake, Cassie _stabs her in the eye!_ The visuals, and the emotions of the characters, and the way the whole thing is framed, says "THIS IS A DEATH SCENE" in giant neon letters. Nobody even _suggests_ that it's a reboot until Roxy just kinda gets back up afterward.
That's not good writing! Building up a bunch of emotional weight like that and then _throwing it all away in the next story beat_ just leaves me wondering why I should care at all!
Precisely. I (and I’m sure many others) wanted to see more of the other animatronics besides Freddy in the base game, at least before they went rogue, and I got my hopes up when they actually somewhat humanize Roxy and then we have to betray her, only for her to show up again like nothing happened and get rekt immediately after.
Despite being a reboot, when you see this scene for the first time, it seems as if Roxy will either not wake up again, or not be the same when she wakes up (Like she might resent Cassie for betraying her). Even then, she still seems to care about Cassie, and shows up to help, so the emotion weight placed on that scene feels disproportionate

Watching this is making me want to get the game. I am an extreme fan of fnaf myself and I’ve only played fnaf 1. I have half the books too and so far I would say if you liked this video then you should get the books or the games.
