You can book plab 1 date only after you pass OET...so you'll be able to book the date in July. All the seats for 2022 are booked for now, so you'll have to book seat for 2023. However, you can cancel and rebook your seat for Nov 2022 in case someone cancels their Nov seat. So yeah, it's a little difficult to get seats these days.

No you can't take calculators. Only these things are allowed in the room: pencils, pens and passport
