I love this video so much. It’s so useful and it’s interesting to hear different preferences. Also that cardigan looks so cool! I made one a while back with PassionKnit’s tutorial, her videos done really well.
I'm so glad you had that section on the yarns. I'm definitely gonna try out the Honey Bunny yarn... finding chunky yarns in the right color has been such a struggle for me lately, but at least I don't mind funky colored animals with the variegated colors that I have.
I agree about the eyes, I just use a tag that they are a choking hazard. The nursing pillow is genius!

Ok thank you for talking about patterns translating well when using a different yarn weight. I have been DYING to get the crochet cafe book but I don’t like working with acrylic worsted (and neither does my hands) so now that I know I have that creative license, I shall get the book!

Thanks for sharing all your tips and pointers and things you love to work with. These are so helpful. I love working with the velvet yarn and you are right it is so soft. I have to get the book crochet cafe. I have been making some chicken nuggets and French fries but I need to have a hamburger on my menu.

Honey Bunny is way less "shreddy" than Parfait Chunky. I love velvet yarns, and blanket yarns, and chenille yarns, and.... 😂

Did I see a panda crochet hook topper in your hook mug? I’ve been wondering if they’re necessary, or where to get one. Most of the toppers I’ve seen are for knitting needles, so too small for a crochet hook.
It’s actually not a topper, it’s part of the hook made by theclaybeanco!
