I love the blueberry muffin!! I eat blueberry muffins almost every day for breakfast and have a great recipe! I was also gluten free until I learned that I can have gluten as long as it is organic!! 🫐💙
I started getting reactions when I ate gluten, so I assumed I couldn’t handle gluten. Medical results didn’t show celiac, but I had to avoid gluten anyway. What I have discovered since then is that it’s not the gluten, it’s that I can’t handle processed foods. So if I eat freshly baked foods without the processed chemicals, I am fine. Maybe you should check this out.
@naturesgateway that is what happened to me! They said I was okay with it, but I knew I wasn't. I can now actually handle gluten as long as it is organic. But yes! Any processed foods have the same reaction. My family and I basically make everything with all organic ingredients (organic sourdough can literally make everything)! I wonder if you would be able to have things as long as it's organic, too!
