Girl, let me tell you something you are phenomenal. Your booth looks perfect and beautiful and you should be so proud of yourself. Me and my sister do these craft shows almost every weekend and I rarely see a booth that looks as good as yours that’s so organized and so professional looking. You should be proud of yourself. I so much appreciate you sharing your insecurities. You come across as very put together and confident, so it makes me feel so much better to know that even YOU have those insecure moments too. I always admire your displays and find myself comparing but I'm going to keep in mind that we are all in different places and I can try out new ideas every time!

I did my very first market that spanned two weekends at a festival of trees and my bestseller was the stuffed chicken! I have a ton to learn about selling at markets versus on my online shop so thank you for your advice and inspiration! I think the most important thing I learned was to stop having crochet ADD and focus on fewer items but make more of them.

Oh my goodness, i'm so happy for your success! Those chickens are just too dang cute it's no wonder they sold out. I also think the extra lighting was better. I'm currently working on some of the popcorn stitch pumpkins just like yours. I know it's early but last year i waited too long and i would have been rushed to make them so this year i wanted to get an earlier start especially since i'm new to the popcorn stitch. Btw, i love this stitch! It's really adding such wonderful texture to my pumpkins. I hope you have a wonderful rest of your weekend 🙂

@@camryns_cute_creations the one thing i am noticing is the popcorn stitch certainly does eat up yarn 🙂 i'm glad i figured that out now as i might want to budget for a few extra skeins as i plan to make quite the display in our office lobby. My vision is to have several styles and sizes in a variety of fall colors. I think it's going to look great. I plan to buy some of those silk fall leaves and have them all around my beautiful pumpkins. I really do have you to thank for the inspiration 🙂

Also, my favorite way to save money on amigurumi is buying large pillows and stuffed animals during holiday clearance and tearing them open to use the stuffing. I get DOZENS of lbs of stuffing for maybe $20, and it reduces some waste in clearance items being thrown away. It's so nice!

All my unique products have a SKU number, yes! Except for my keychains and scrunchies, which I do not differentiate by color, and instead they all have the same respective SKU.

I did an open air market and almost sold out in 3 hrs... I have a fest in just over a month my 1st 2day event! Where oh where do I find that peg board?

When it comes to using chunky yarn to cut down on time, how do you adapt a pattern that’s meant for medium worsted weight yarn to a chunkier yarn? Bc if I just do the same pattern with a bigger yarn and hook it will just be bigger but not really save much time bc it’s the same number of stitches, right?
Yes! It really depends :) but the bigger something is typically the more you can sell it for too!

What yarn did you use for your chickens? I've experimented with Bernat Velvet but they are turning out much smaller than yours. I love your colors too!
I’m using bernat blanket for the chickens:) the sizes have been varying for me too- I think the new formula is slightly smaller!

Did you have to test the amigurumi before selling it ? You know for hardiness, flammable, etc? My local craft fair I have to have toys tested before I can sell them but I just love those chickens ❤
I used materials that were safe and tested! And no safety eyes:)

Here’s a question for market setup that I don’t think was mentioned in your market setup video. Do you have a till, if so how much money do you bring and how is it split up because in my town almost everyone doesn’t really have the perfect amount for what they would like and usually the vendors have a little pouch or a mini till
I do keep a pouch on me! I usually bring at least $150 in 1s and 5s!

This specific event was $300 for two days set up, easily one of my most expensive! Typically my booth fees per day range around $60, but this event was one of the largest in the region so it was more expensive!
