That was the most surprising one of all… I was surprised when some of the cloth armor NPCs survived, but with Mildred being naked, that was insane that she survived!
Being reminded of how they spin around once eaten like that makes me think FromSoftware is missing out on making some money not making special edition Chaos Eater Dark Souls toilets. If they made them like Japanese toilets, they could have heated seats, and have the cleaning spray that would have flashing lights and play the monsters noises with it.
Y’know out of all the demons, the chaos eater probably has the most interesting morphology. Like at first glance it just looks like some weird tentacle monster that destroys your equipment durability but in reality it has a lot of intriguing and interesting adaptations that are only possible within the izalith ecosystem

This enemy always felt like it was from another game, DS1’s demons were usually more like beasts than atrocities like this guy. The closest I can think of is centipede demon and even that feels way more grounded in something real than whatever this is supposed to be
