    사실 저는 이야기했던 4주는 끝이 났지만 컴백을 위해 지금도 꾸준히 다이어트 중이랍니다?!
    다이어트를 마음 먹은 우리 기록이들도 꼭 저랑 같이 꾸준히 운동, 식단 해요 🤗 아자아자 파이팅❤️

    피티샘이 어떤 몸매를 만들길 원하냐고 하셨는데 무의식적으로 소유언니같은 몸매라고했어요ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ그래서 생각나서 유투브타고왔는데 다이어트브이로그들 넘 재밌어요 친근하구 꼭 언니같은몸매가되어 돌아오겠습니당✋️

    Yes! We can do it!!! Had been on intermittent fasting for more than 1 year now... no diet. just no carbohydrates for dinner and jumping rope... The key point is consistency and find workout that you like.

    소유남은 다이어트 하지마시고 유지어트 하면서 근육량을 더 늘리시면 보기에도 좋고 건강에도 좋을것같아요.
    예전에 유승옥이나 전효성이 꿀벅지 육덕 건강미인이었는데 지금은 근육 다빠지고 살만 빼서 뼈만 남아서 보기에도 별로고 건강에도 안좋을것 같더라고요.

    지난주 이번주 다 추웠는데 살뺄거라고 유산소추가하려고 필라테스까지 한시간 걸어갔다 한시간 걸어왔어요 그리고 어제부터 아파 드러누웠어요 오미크론이냐고 가족들이 가까이 오지 말래서 ㅠ.ㅠ 서글퍼요 지난주보다 복싱이 많이 좋아졌네요 저도 재밌는 운동하고프다 필라테스는 재밌는데 살이 쫙쫙 안빠지네요 진짜 눈바디로 허리라인이 확 바꼈네요 날씬한 연예인들도 컴백앞두고 더이쁜 모습 보여주려고 운동하는데 반성하고 가요

    저번다이어트편도 너무 좋아해서 이번편보고 전에꺼도 한번 더 봤어요! 근데 식단이 저번이 더 빡센거 같은데 (야채샌드위치도 반만드시고 저녁에 토마토랑계란만 드시고 ㅠ) 몸은 이번이 더 훨씬 빨리변한거 같아요~혹시 저번이랑 다르게 빨리 빠졌던 이유가 있나요?궁금해요!!

    머선 알고리즘일까 1달동안 근력운동+근력유산소 만 하고 식단은 적당히 했더니 2키로가 쪄있더라구요 ^^ 물론 근육도 늘었겠지만 지방 커트에는 유산소가 답인 것 같습니다..........흑흑.......

    소유님이랑 나이랑 키도 비슷해서 저두 코로나땜시 운동을 2년동안 못하다가 살이 어마무시하게 찌는 바람에 7년만에 헬스 다시 시작하려구 하는데 전에 뮤직복싱했을때는 허벌라이프나 샐러드 먹고 하니 7키로 밖에 안 빠지더라구요 ㅠㅠ 키가 169인데 62키로까지는 빼야 정상체중이라서 하루에 두끼 먹고 운동하면 빠지겠죠?
