      Ikr, she is so simple that is why I really love her as an artist. We can't just say that knetz are sleeping on her since she is recieving a lot of korean comments on her vlog. I think she manage to get a few more attention on her vlogs already and what she needs to do is to keep on providing good contents until she reach that success ❤

    저도 요즘 근력운동 시작했는데 근육이 너무 없어서 아직 무게 넣는(?) 운동은 안하고 있거든요. 그런 상태에서 언니 브이로그 보니까 정말,,, 대단해요😵😵 저도 언니처럼 무게 이빠이 넣고 근육 뿌수는 날이 오겠죠?? 운동할땐 힘든데 그 다음날 근육통 찌릿하게 오면 너무 뿌듯해요ㅎㅎ 이맛에 근력운동 하나봐요!

    운동 스케쥴 유심히 봤는데, 매일 저렇게 운동하면 진짜 빡세겠는데...
    뭐 물론 운동 방법을 다양하게 가져가서 관절에 무리는 안 갈거 같기는 하지만...
    거의 매일 24~33세트로 무분할, 식단 체크도 하고, 매일 유산소 운동하고...
    근데 저 트레이너 어디서 많이 봤는데... 누구였지?

      Hadi Abbas I understand that it is not the perfect diet and I don’t mean to come off as rude or mean, but compared to other kpop idol’s diet this isn’t as harsh. She had what she wanted when she wanted without restricting herself too much, unlike other kpop idols that have a very restricted diet.

    is so difficult.
    You can try intermittent fasting. I do not think I can make it for diet. So I did intermittent fasting
    (fast for 16 hours and eating period - 8 hours)
    I think I can anything as long it comes with eggs. 😍
    Fighting for those who wanna have 11 abs line! 💪

    너무 어렵다.
    간헐적 단식을 시도할 수 있다. 나는 내가 다이어트를 할 수 있다고 생각하지 않는다. 그래서 간헐적으로 단식을 했다.
    (16시간 동안 빠르고 식사 시간 - 8시간)
    계란만 있으면 뭐든지 할 수 있을 것 같아. 😍
    복근 11개를 갖고 싶은 분들을 위해 파이팅 💪

    저는걸어서하는 런지 동작하다가12키로 들고해서 무릎인대가 늘어나서 지금3년째 헬스장 못가요 인대 조심하세요 저는 애를 낳아서 더 무리갔을것 같아요

    매번 느끼지만 핼스 트래이너들 굳이 왜 만짐? 한평생 운동 해 온 사람으로서 안만져도 되는 경우가 대부분이고
    그 자세에 필요한 부분을 만지는 것도 아니고 ㅋ
    그냥 만지고 샆은 부위 는치보면거 만지고 그러는듯 한국 트레이너들 다 양아치란 소리 듣지 ㅋ
