As a Brit, I would like to clarify. We drink ale or bitter at room temp......although not always some craft ales would be chilled. What you call beer we call lager and that is served chilled. Stout is often served chilled now, although originally would have been warm. ☺️✌🏻 Loved this video, added some distance trails to my "wishlist", thanks for sharing. 💜
Was shocked by the first choice & surprised that South America didn’t make the list. Patagonia or Peru are definitely on my list & because of my roots the West Highland Way. Great video, thanks for sharing! 🥾🏔🇨🇦❤️
I loved it, I share the feeling that the people you meet make the trails epic trails =). It makes me very happy that the list is so international and diverse. Cheers!
Wow! Epic filmography. Thank you for the bucket list. Have you tried the trail of St James in northern Spain? I’ve done it twice and just love the vibe.
Jordan, australia and New Zealand big ticks and have been. I’m surprised Patagonia is not on there, el chalten and Torres del Paine are amazing. And EBC is amazing. Don’t them all and highly recommend. Can’t go wrong hiking in South Island of NZ. Amazing hikes I’ve done several
There‘s no such a thing as the Larapinta Mountains. You would have walked along the MacDonnell Ranges on the Larapinta trail. But indeed the landscape is a stunner.
Kumano Kodo, Japan (1976) Murry River Basin, Australia (1978) Land's End, Cornwall UK (1983) Isle of Skye, Scotland (1983) Ardennes Forest, Belgium (1984) Flanders, Belgium to Normandy, France (1984) Isthmus of Panama (1990) Kwai River Basin (The Death Railway), Thailand 1996 Stickman, US Navy (Retired) 1975-1999
As a Canadian, Newfoundland is definitely on my bucket list. For me, it'll be the first leg of the Trans Canada Trail. The Newfoundland bit is about a month or so 😁
@@BackpackingTV yep! All the way across Canada, plus up to Nunavut and back for a total of about 27,000km 😁 Approximately 7,000km of it is over water, so you'd need a canoe or kayak.
As a Brit, I wish to support our American friends in their cold beer endeavours! FYI English Ale isn't served cold (and it's disgusting) but our lagers are supposed to be cold, just like everywhere else.
This is really great! Can you also do one for the USA? I am hoping to do the Camino but if things close because of the Delta Variant I am looking for a 6-10 day trek in the US.
Thank you! For the US I'm partial to the Colorado Trail although the whole trail is much longer than 10 days. But the southern portion around Silverton is spectacular.
Wow I live in England and can get to the Pennine way quite easily and even I wouldn't bother with it. Compared to those world beaters it doesn't even deserve a breath. Unless you like field upon field of sheep and pretty boring farmland I would give it a miss. I say this as an Englishman, don't bother with England.

Excellent video, thank you for shedding some light on some new places that I never considered. Keep on trekkin!

England does chill beer (lager), its the traditional ale that is served at cellar temperature.
Great video you have inspired me to go here thanks
Great video! You should add the Norwegian thruhike to your bucket-list;)
Yup! I'm (part) Norwegian but I haven't been there yet. Definitely a bucket list places for me!
As a Canadian, Newfoundland is definitely on my bucket list. For me, it'll be the first leg of the Trans Canada Trail. The Newfoundland bit is about a month or so 😁
Trans Canada?! Schnikeys! Sounds amazing. I've always wanted to go back to Newfoundland to hike the other side.

You’ll have to come back and tell us about it when you finish.
@@donkeysaurusrex7881 if I can ever get started! 😂
Very cool list!
A bucket list hike for me is trekk Mountain Everest Basecamp but I’m still trying to plan a first time Hike or Backpacking trip.
I've got videos about going on your first trip! Check it out. But no need to delay, get out there!

Have you ever hiked in Michigan? Isle Royals or Pictured Rocks?
Yes a little! I was just in the Porcupine Mountains two weeks ago! I've been to Pictured Rocks but I couldn't hike much because I had a dog with me :(
Wondering how can u tell if a body of water is deep enough to dive into ?
I'll definitely swim and scope it out first unless the water is very clear and depth is obvious.
Come to India & explore Himalayan treks.
Is it safe for women to hike in Jordan?
iam not convinced.these r nothing against nepalese himalayan trail
Welp unfortunatlely I haven't been to Nepal yet. But I want to!

Pennine way is crap. Don't bother.
I disagree! But cheers to you!
Sounds like someone is trying to protect a relatively hidden gem from the masses!!
@@pbkayakyer no its boring up on the moors. Sorry it's just not in my list of favourites.
Exactly. Bad joke, it would not make it even to the top 7000 hikes LOL ...
this video sucks. mixing tourism and hiking
Welp. I don't think you'd like Epic Trails then.
Red is only bragging about his self here, 👎🏿.
