BTW - I don't know how you make do with the square dish you had for the apples. We had some square plates and bowls that lasted all of two months before they hit the road.

You can roll them in flour first or just omit that step and mix them right in. Hope this helps. 👍

I think this is how fritters are made. She just chose not to make hers big and bulky. By the way that's her bowl and her money she uses both how she chooses to.
