Thank you for the video. This is similar to an indian dish called tepla/debra. We add veggies to it before cooking and we make them thinner like pancakes. May give this a try as it is using the same ingredients but we make it a bit more spicy.
Thepla is like Methi ki roti which we North Indians make it on Tawa. Socca is completely different and is made in oven. It is crispy on the exterior and very creamy in the centre
Looking yummy
Thank you! Very easy to make.
Love that trick with the spoon when you pour batter in the skillet
I think I’ll try this as a pizza crust - looks exceptionally delicious! 👍
Yes, I do that too but mostly I add celery salad. Check here www.simpleglutenfreekitchen.com/2023/06/celery-salad-with-grape-vinaigrette.html
Made this a few years ago, have to make it again. It is so good.
The video is a reminder to make it again.Thank you for watching.

Your socca turned out perfect. Love how you started it out on the stove top and finished in the oven. Must give this a try soon.
Thank you! Yes, give it a try you'd love it.
The socca was all done in the oven, not stove.
Wow, looks so yummy and delicious
Thank you!
Beautiful
Here in Uruguay we call this "Fainá de orillo"
In Argentina we use to eat farinata on top of the pizza or just simple
And also in Uruguay. We call it faina.
What size pan?
I used 9” cast iron pan but it can also be made in 8".
@@simpleglutenfreekitchen thank you!
Sorry but it is too thick and should be cooked in the oven.
Yes, it is cooked in the oven
