This isn't bad execpt you should have mentioned reusing the OE spacer on the nozzle from the OE pump. And this installation guide was specifically for the EVO X. Good video.
I can tell you that is not a 15+ wrx basket at all nor does the install for the 15+ wrx go as such its is very different and the people who made the pump (every single company at this point) did not do enough r&d and jumpee the gun with the fitment for the 15+ wrx
+johnnyb305mia You're right, this was done on a Evo X. While we personally can't confirm fitment on the 2015 WRX, it is listed to fit from the manufacturer. If you have issues we recommend contacting them directly. Thanks for the info!
+MAPerformance have spoken to them and they reside soem stuff i will not say here but i think we have found a fix but not sure until my laptop is back and running to log it
@David Harrington in the end I ended up going with e85 rated walbro 450lph on a direct wired setup rather than stock wiring as the wire gauge is too thin on the stock harness.
+MAPerformance I understood the correct pump for the 2015/16 WRX is the DW65C fuel pump, can you confirm. I have been recommended by a tuner to install this prior to adding the mods I am considering which is either GS Intake or Invidia/depo racing catted downpipe.
+La Ghoulstra (Cisco Kidd) Yes that is correct. One isn't necessarily needed with those mods unless you want to run E85, to which we would recommend the DW65. We have heard about some issues with the factory pump when starting to make over 300whp or so but can't confirm that ourselves, yet!
+MAPerformance thanks for the feedback. Currently rocking out your MAP tune and enjoying it . looks like I may go the DW65C as I want to hit the 300whp and should w items on order. I am hoping MAP will offer ability to update/support the GS intake and develop one as well!!
+La Ghoulstra (Cisco Kidd) We are considering a Stage 2 to support intakes and downpipes! Keep an eye open as it will be announced on our channel if we do. If you have any questions feel free to give us a call! We can help you out with the DW65C!
There is no DW pump for the 03 silverado due to it's unique venturi port at the top of the pump. It's common for people to use positive displacement in line fuel pumps for upgrades on silverados.

do you need to rewire with this pump? does it flow enough to make 500whp on e85 md?
Yes rewiring is needed, and yes this pump is good for 500whp!
MAPerformance lol what if im not getting any issues right now on e85 should i still rewire ? 2015 gsr here
@@maperformance When you say re-wiring is necessary, what does that mean? This video showed re-using the power wire harness from OE.
@@roguetune03 Exactly what I'm wondering... REALLY wish there would have been a response to this.

This is also designed for the fa20 wrx correct?
+Richard Anthony It is listed to fit the BRZ/FRS so yes, unless you have it swapped with a different fuel sending unit.
