Great info! Really hadn't never looked at going to Maryland - didn't really know much about it. I've been through it but only through the city to visit friends. I love your sense of humors! You're both so funny. Love how you Ooooh and Ahhhh over Irma! what a voice you have Sherry! Haha! Feels like the first time!
@A Life More Light Dear Mr. and Mrs! How insulated is this thing, with the slide up? Are the windows insulated enough below freezing and also very hot summer days for the desert? The air con and the heater are efficient enogh? I would use it for both regularly. Thanks in advance! :D
We have stayed a very limited amount of time in freezing and super hot temps in our rig. I would not recommend it for extended times in extreme temperatures. Thanks for watching!
@@ALifeMoreLight Great. Thanks for answering. And what do you think mounting about mounting a 59kg icamper roof tent on the top of it? Are there any mounting points? And the slide mechanism strong enough to hold both it, and 2-3 people? Thanks in advance!
We purchased ours direct from Safari Condo. safaricondoacc.com/boutique/en/screen-for-entrance-removable-alto-1713-1723-p441/?search=1713%20screen%20&description=1 Thanks for watching!
Did you see any alternative screen doors elsewhere? Amazon? Walmart? We just got our new r1723 after 9 month waiting and getting it ready for our summer trips
Well I love it, the strip lighting. There must be lights available that could be run from your solar. How fancy would you be boondocking in full-vegas mode. Cha-ching-ching-ching-a-ling!
Do you have any details, photos or other information on how you mounted the Lagun in the rear? We have a 1723 and I have added the mount in the front, but I have not been able to figure out how to remove the rear portion of the bed to get access to the back side of the wall. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. BTW - Love your videos and glad to see you are able to get out. Please stay safe and happy travels.
I too thought I would need to remove the rear cushion but it’s not necessary. Just take the velcor sides off from the under bed storage on both sides and you can access what you need to. Are you a member of the Altoistes group on Facebook?
@@ALifeMoreLight I am a member of the Altoistes and Owners groups. I have seen where lots of people have done the rear modification, just never any details of how they go access to the area. Thank you for your reply.
@@ALifeMoreLight That is the document I used to do the front install, just never new how to get into the back area to do the rear install. Once it cools off a little bit here in Texas I might spend some time working on the other mount. Thank you again.
We live on a small lake in NC, your shot is of the cloudy little waterline backed by dark woods is a favorite moment. Thanks for dwelling on it, The poster child of efemiral (?)
I seen a safaricondo i really loved the space inside of the trailer for being something small it had good space inside at the end of this year i may just get one for the easy to set up it is its one on the top of my list
We’re in Maryland. Come visit! Have you ever had a repair on your Alto that needed to be done at the factory? We suffered tree damage and waiting for the border to open in order to get our roof repaired. I was wondering if the best process to get inline for repairs.
cliff wendy Sorry to hear about your damaged Alto ☹️. We have not had to head back to the factory for repairs but do have a video in the works about damage 😬. Stay tuned! Thanks for watching!
Enjoyable video.

What kind of gas mileage do you get hauling that with the jeep?
12 - 14 MPG. I normally get 22 - 25 MPG without the trailer. Thanks for watching!

M Railsback you can search files in the group ”Lagun table system” dated 5/12/20. It’s a solid design.

Sorry, those are all colors we don’t want to see when in nature! Too “Vegas”!
