I've never heard it described this way -- but we recognize that one of the key advantages of 'experience' is being able to recognize 'that funny little things going on in the project' could grown up to be a full grown OSINTOT ;-)
Yep, we I was still working in automotive industry, we also had a few. That's where it's good if zou progress through the ranks a little bit more slowly, so you have enough time to learn from those with more experience than you.
