    I usually just pray and talk to God for my mental health.. I am really good friends with my ex-husband . We are better friends now that we aren't lovers.

    Loved the video fam, keep'em coming. Thank you for sharing your story. Yes it does takes time to shred the remnants and residue of a former relationship and to each their own on how one choose to move and cope during that process bc there is no manual of whats right or wrong. People can have their concerns without being pushy but its still up to that individual about what may or may not work for themselves personally.     I just left a I really now was toxic relationship with this guy.
    3 months in I was talking to another guy but he live in Florida and I live in New York.
