I usually just pray and talk to God for my mental health.. I am really good friends with my ex-husband . We are better friends now that we aren't lovers.
I am sorry to hear that, thank you for sharing your story. Much love and empowerment on your journey.
Going through the same thing. Thanks for giving advice.
I absolutely respect the transparency and I totally agree that therapy is extremely helpful.
*or just self care in general.
🙏🏽 yea self-care is so needed! Thanks for watching fam!
Loved the video fam, keep'em coming. Thank you for sharing your story. Yes it does takes time to shred the remnants and residue of a former relationship and to each their own on how one choose to move and cope during that process bc there is no manual of whats right or wrong. People can have their concerns without being pushy but its still up to that individual about what may or may not work for themselves personally. I wish you all that best now and going forward... as always Much love Stay lit 💯❤️🔥✌️
Not me coming across your video, listening in, and saying "you better go, Nick!" LOL Thanks for your vulnerability and the gems, because SAME SAME SAME - break ups are so tough, especially when you damn near grew up with your ex-partner. Big love to you.
