    I had a tough work day, ended it with my upper back feeling TIGHT... just did this shoulder practice and am now feeling all better!

    THIS TRULY HELPS ! im back ,its been 3 days since i last did this.i feel so tight again i can barely move...i felt AMAAZING after last one..so lets go AGAIN

    Your work here with yoga is fantastic, Im enjoying a lot, and Im also learning many new actions to activate my body precisely, Im living in the country side of Belgium and I don’t find Iyengar yoga here thank you very much to share this knowledge with us

    ❤️❤️❤️ WONDERFUL! HELPED SO MUCH !!! THANK YOU That constant awareness of the (very uncomfortable at this point) tension in my neck & shoulders was just nagging at me ..I do t live near a massage place.so yoga is gonna be my option..

    I did this with my class for a month - and they were REALLY feeling it. It was great to watch their realization of mew body parts.

    What I love about this is the simplicity, a hand on a wall... and yet with your instruction, the penetration into the shoulder and relief I feel afterwards is profound. Thank you!

    With the one where you're moving the block down the back is that moving the shoulder blades more down the back? I think this is the most potent for me right now. 🙏🏼❤️
