Thanks! I wanted to show things that I use on a regular basis. There are definitely a lot of hacks out there that I've messed with in the past that just didn't work for me.
Maybe breakdowns and critiques of hacks or some so called "hacks"!? Didn't plan a Seinfeld Moment, of bein "that guy" who pitches the A List Creator ideas, but hey that's show business baby. -Big fan love every video
I have tryed the fuzzy dice hack and i tried both silicone and rubber strands but the rubber outpreforms the silicone for me.I guess NJ bass are picky lol 😂
I really have fallen back in love lately with the rubber strands. I need to get some for the fuzzy dice. Thank you sharing this for everyone, I appreciate it!.
These are solid, no nonsense tips! Nothing will get my dander up more than a crooked plastic on a Texas rig! That is a great method for fixing that problem!
I love the hacks. I invented the skirt material through the worm trick. I'm sure a lot of other people have come up with the same idea. River smallmouths love worms with appendages and half a senko with the skirt material threaded through is like candy to the big smallies.
I need to definitely use it on some smallie waters. Mainly been using it around largemouth, but those river smallies I'm sure will crush it like you said. Those are my favorite fish by far.
I bet if you can find the large stops they will work even better if you cut them in half so the bait will need to clear the flat side to slip off. Gonna have to try and see if they will still hold on the hook...
I don't, but that is a really great question. Just run your line through the metal loop that is holding the stop. Make sure you have enough line through the metal loop and then pull the bobber stop up and off the end of the metal. It may take a practice run or two to get it down.
@@SteveRogersOutdoors After watching a video on the "Dice" lure, I got the idea to try something similar for panfish. I was at the pond I fish most often, which is SO slow for everything. The first 3 casts produced 2 fish. A cast or 2 later and, just slightly deeper, and I felt another tap. 5 minutes later I landed a 5 lb. bass. I have since tweaked the one I use. Bass Pro Stik-O in the 3" model. Cut into 6 pieces and threaded with double Spinner Bait skirts. I keep them short due to the fact that I was getting the "legs" torn off. 4 on top, in an X / cross pattern, and the same in an offset pattern on the bottom, if you can call it that. I do have pics on that instant picture site that I can't actually name or TH-cam will bump my comment. First and last name together will help find my pics. Love yoour channel. I've picked up quite a few things from watching. Still looking for that video of bass hitting a double treble lure and not getting hooked. Thank you so much for sharing your experience and observations! Blessings!
Hey. Steve. This has too do with. Skirted swim jigs I’ve spent the hole here in Minnesota experimenting. And dialing more ways to get bits on them. ( from Mississippi. St. Croix rivers too small bad loaded lakes. )). So I was looking for more suggestions on Swimbait body’s that give jig more body role Action get skirt moving pulsating. Matt Allen tach Bassin guys always talk. XZone amongst others. So went too Omnia fishing picked up some. Rigged some on Boss baby boy I make my own skirts all that. Out on the water playing different combos. The ExZone has the action make that work. But when I opened the package gave it a sniff I noticed that strong plastics smell and when fish were triggered even followed the jig strait too the boat They would just smack not inhale it. What I couldn’t see I could feel them swiped at it but not hold on. So I know this is long winded but it leads the the question on your underwater work. I’d like to see Iff this really can play on getting more. Less bits. And any effect on adding fish attraction formula’s Because I was trying that also. Hopefully you can help us on that question. Love watching your stuff because what’s going underneath the water is true fact. Thanks 🙏

I usually don't click on videos that say "hacks". But I trust Steve.
Same here

Those are great hacks Steve. I love the bobber stop for a bait keeper. Now I know what to use my extra bobber stops for. Have a great weekend.
Good class thanks

There are some days in the past where I swear I went through a whole bag of plastics because I was riding the struggle bus. Lol.
Excellent hacks…thank you for sharing years of experience.
Would love to see you make video on underwater drop shot 😁👍
I've got one in the works that should be out soon. Thank you!
I'm gonna try the hairy ned next time I'm out, looks like a great appendage bait
Steve, you are one of the best!
Thanks!
First hack is a good one I'll use that
Thanks for watching!
Wonderful tips!💪💪💪💪

Awesome tips . Thanks 😊
Glad you like them!
Thanks for the bobber stopper tip on Jigs! I have some jig head hooks I like but the lure keeper stinks and this may work! Looking forward to testing!
Good luck!
Love it! Useful! Thank You, Steve!
My pleasure!

Great hacks Steve Thanks!
Thank you!
Great information thank you
Glad it was helpful!
Great video! Thanks for the tips Steve!
Thanks for watching!
Great hacks. I like #5
I have been really pleased with that one.
Do you have a video of how to thread a bobber stopper onto a hook? Thanks!
I don't, but that is a really great question. Just run your line through the metal loop that is holding the stop. Make sure you have enough line through the metal loop and then pull the bobber stop up and off the end of the metal. It may take a practice run or two to get it down.
Please add a video showing how to slide a Bobber Stopper on a hook. I can't get it done.
Oh man. You just gave away my secret homemade pahfish bug trick!
Those panfish just love that thing! I can't believe how the rock bass around here just smash it with a vengeance.

That’s a great question - I will definitely have to test that out and see what I can come up with for you! Thank you!
