I didn't know how negatively I felt about myself during the day. Also, focusing on opportunities. Looking back over a decade I see missed opportunities, I am alert for any opportunities that will be presenting themselves. So far in day 3 I haven't spotted any.

There is also this theme of universal principals across the different bodies of work you reflect on. I’ve been puzzling out difficult life circumstances that follow an energetic pattern I recognize as it’s echoed through different life stages. I’m going to listen to more- I recognize infinite wisdom in your study notes. I am eager to hear more though I must admit I plan to listen to this again first.
