I am now 58 years old and have returned again and again to this infinite well of Wisdom. I can absolutely without doubt say this: read this timeless book with an open mind and an empty cup. Listening to you was like Listening to Gautama The Buddha, Shankaracharya, Aacharya Rajneesh osho, Jiddu Krishnamurti, Paramhans yoganada, Krishna, Rama, Patanjali, Ramkrishna paramhansa, Bagwaan Mahaveer, Lord shiva, Jesus, Lao Tuj, Nanaka, RamDas, and many more enlightened beings at the same time and all are saying one thing that YOU ARE FREE , GO inside and find eternal love inside you, love which is undependable, and each of them has shared their ways to find that eternal love and at the same time they are saying that Light Unto Yourself, learn but don't follow, make your way and yes that's what they all did in their life and that's how they have lived their life, whatever happened in their life but they didn't loose their quality and that's why we love them. We love them, not because ,they had certain kind of powers but, because they didn't loose their quality, whatever happened in their life they remaind what they actually were. They were attached to everything but at the same time they were also detached to everything.
I have never listened for such a long time but those 1 hr 47 minutes were like 5 minutes to me, I was so involved at that time was just passed like a fraction of sec.
Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts because it is also actually very difficult for one to share its thought, it needs courage because saying something is easy but sharing experience and knowledge requires courage because no one shares thier secrets and their ways. If buddha wouldn't share his enlightenment with the world then we wouldn't see more buddhas on earth, if Shiva wouldn't share his 112 ways of meditation and the knowledge he has mentioned in vedas then the wofld wouldn't be like that.Because when we share our true experience with some one , it helps the other person to make its way in more easy manner.

Will power x State control! Will power is linked directly to blood sugar and the amount of sleep we get. State control is more powerful because it doesn’t deplete the resources. Where as will power is a finite resource. You will eventually run out of will power due to force and effort. However, You can change your state in as little as 17 seconds just by practicing being present. Anything you can accomplish through will power you can achieve through state control. Unfortunately it doesn’t work the same when we reverse it.
I discovered this book when i was 21. It changed my life 20 years back. Changed everything

I could feel the positive energy right when I first touched it. No joke. Can't wait to finish the book and listen to the study notes again. 😁😁
I've been hearing so much about this book lately is literally scaring me. I will be a Christian till the day I die but I feel like I will regulate with this book more than my roots. (ie, you cannot be gambling with your soul unless you intentionally decide to turn your back on God in some way . --- which I know you just ain't gonna do. --- Right? ).

I had a vision and a word came through after I'd been studying tm meditation for 2yrs. I had to redearch into the word and the vision of an Indian male walking out of the jungle with a tiger he gifted me and the word was babaji! But on never hearing or knowing anything about babaji I I nearly fell over on the finding out of my vision. I feel very blessed. I got advised to read the autobiography of a yogi witch I'm still working my way through. X😊🙏🏻

Yogananda's Autobiography is the first book I read in 1989. And continue to reread it often. Highly recommend.

This book has been on my mind for long.....I was first introduced to this book at age 13 or so ...it was a gift from someone to my dad ...saw the pic on the cover ..but never really read it..... It again came up when I went on a holiday and picked it up to read ...did not complete it ....read half of it...Then when I went to the local bookstore and .....Somehow...it has always been attracting my attention....and as it says " The Universe wants you to read it"....was planning to buy it this month.....Now happy to see your video and will definitely go through it in detail...Thanks again for the great work that you are doing......

Thank you so much for this amazing video. You are a very good and moving speaker. I read the book when I was 20, so 12 years ago. At the time, I was just beginning my meditation practice. The book inspires me to continue the path of Kriya yoga, and keep going. I don’t really remember the book right now, but I know that it has influenced me, perhaps subconsciously, and powered me throughout my life.
