I think there's no better way to be than to be simple and keep things simple. In the times that we now live in, many people want more and more but it's better to desire less. Keep in mind that it's not the person that has too little that is poor, but the person who always wants more and more. True richness is being content in what we already have.

In today's world, simplicity holds unparalleled value. Amidst a culture of constant craving for more, embracing simplicity emerges as a timeless wisdom. It's not the scarcity of possessions that defines poverty, but the insatiable hunger for accumulation. True wealth lies not in amassing endlessly, but in finding contentment within our current possessions. So, let's cherish the beauty of simplicity, for it offers a path to genuine richness. Embracing simplicity isn't just a lifestyle choice; it's a philosophy that enriches our lives with gratitude, fulfillment, and a deeper appreciation for what we already possess.

Rand's philosophy emphasizes rational self-interest, arguing that individuals should prioritize their own well-being and happiness, challenging traditional views of selfishness. She also emphasized the importance of rational thinking, arguing that it is the primary tool for understanding the world and making decisions. Lastly, Rand advocated for individualism over collective control, arguing that individual rights and freedoms are the foundation of a just and progressive society.❤❤❤

Suffering from a mild depression, not clinically diagnosed but showing signs and having high-low emotional rollercoaster. This is a must need for me not because I am suffering but after embracing what I'm going through and working through it using shadow work and journaling, this is a logical sense of how to holistically build a new version of myself. 💖💖

There has to be a balance between personal fulfillment and duty toward others. If you swing too far either direction, then harm takes place. If you have a family, take care of your family first, then yourself, unless you're sick in some way. Our obligation to the world comes after our duty to our family and ourselves. There will always be sickness and suffering; to heal that is an impossible job for one person. So heal thyself and those around you. That is all that's asked of us.

Love your videos. Crazy to think you're still in your 20s. Your channel has become one of my favourites by far. Am I correct in thinking that you have a bunch of videos already made and you gradually release a few each week?
