My “3 Beep” Problem Solved. My ice guide (the plastic screen that lays under the evaporator), had several pieces of plastic that broken off and were missing. I thought, “where did they go?” They had fallen into the reservoir. Some pieces passed through the pump, over time, and had been pumped UP and were sitting in the water spray guides ON TOP, of the evaporator. BUT, a few pieces did not get pumped up with the water. They were in the pump, slowing the flow, (which I suspect was a several month long problem I had with very slow production of ice). Eventually, one of the pieces jammed in the pump, stopped the pump, and triggered the “3 BEEP”. I took off the pump, cleared the little pieces of plastic out of the impellers, and it’s working like new. Visually inspect your Ice Guide, if it has pieces missing, they are likely causing slow water flow in the water lines somewhere, and maybe even have the pump jammed.
first make sure al the lines are frozen within 15 minutes, second check the float for any calcium, with the machine on off position make sure you are not getting water from the water valve, those are the most common symptoms, but if it works fine for several hours or even days more likely is going to be the circuit board also check water pump. please let me know if this advice was helpful. thanks

Great video! Will be looking at other vids if you have up. I have an am150 and the condenser fan and water pump both stop working together. They are getting power and the capacitor for the water pump is within range. Is it circuit board replacement time? Thanks
Leo have you taken a few of those relays apart to see the cause of failure. If pitted contacts they could be sanded or filled to get the resturaunt by when one doesnt have a spare.
One beep mode means thermistor is sensing high temperature, that's the one that has two orange wires, follow the wires and touch the copper line right where is attached to the copper line to make sure is not warm, and if it is it could be because hot water is entering to the ice machine, second thing, check the solenoid gas valve to make sure is not leaking hot gas, but if is leaking hot gas usually the machine will take a long time to freeze causing the alarm to go in to three beeps, and the last thing to check is the thermistor, I had several bad thermistors that causes to enter in a one beep mode. if that's the case unplug the thermistor, and it should work temporarily, check the thermistor for continuity it should reed 3.9 k at 48 degrees, please let me know if this was helpful.
In my training, I was told that it was mostly hot water entering the machine, and the second most common reason was inadequate ventilation. just wanted to double check. next time I am working with one beeps I'll check the thermistor to the board. thanks for the tip. quite helpful !!

Turn off the machine and look at outlet of the water valve and if is still leaking, the water valve needs to be replaced, what happens is because you getting fresh water and it will take forever to make the ice, and before that happens it will go in to a 3 beep mode

Tengo una maquina hoshisaki no me manda power a la válvula de agua ...le puse 115 volt directo a la válvula y si prende ......a los demas componentes si les manda voltaje xq le puse en test machine y prende pompa y la refrigeracion....en wash si lo hace pero en ice no manda voltaje a válvula agua la cale directa si prendio pero ahora no me manda señal a la bomba ..que relay sería de la tarjeta o como arreglarla estot apunto de comprar una en 150 pero queria saber sonde y como consigo los relay Saludos desde austin tx

Y aún así sigue haciendo los 3 pitidos yo no tengo problema con el compresor Porque si enciende bien Lo único que tienes que tarda mucho en congelar y pasa la hora y empieza a sonar los tres pititos famosos
Los tres pitidos es cuando la maquina tarda más de una hora en hacer el hielo, entonces tienes otro problema, apaga la maquina y asegúrate que no esta pasando agua por la valvula porque eso hace que la maquina tarde más en hacer el hielo

If you are getting 120 volts to the pump and condenser fan motor, more likely are bad.

My ice machine had the same issue 3 beeps. The compressor works but the water from inlet valve doesn't stop

@@jose-if6zv Revisa primero el flotador porque es el que le manda la señal al computer board y de allí a la válvula, suerte y saludos

Revisa la Mangera negra donde sienta el flotador porque a veces se tapa de calcio
