    Please close this to visitors and tourists from even getting near that lake. People pee, throw rubbish or even poo in it when you allow them in. Humans just have no control and you only need a small minority who does it over a period of time to totally ruin that beautiful lake.

      Its highly regulated tbh. We went there and you are not allowed to bring food near the lake, nothing but your swimming gear. They check you before they lead you to the lake. You cant even pee in the lake, they have comfort rooms on the bank.

    The local govt is protecting it. Last time i went there 4 years ago NO PLASTICS allowed in the boat. I do hope they keep this practice. After i went to Palawan all the other beaches and water body in Asia cant compare. It was truly a paradise ❤

      Unfortunately people like her are bringing attention to it so that's probably going to bring in more tourists that shove their dirty cameras underwater, swim and who knows what else and that's going to affect the once clean environment.
      It is a fact that tourists trash up once pristine waters all the time. So that girl is doing an injustice to the environment for money and views. Shameful.

      My grandma lives on summar and they have a private beach, the towns folk take turns patrolling and making sure everything is as clean as possible. If you get caught littering you will be berated until you clean it, and if you refuse, I hope you can fight 😂😂😂😂 they don't rely on the police, it takes them 30 minutes to get to the town. My uncle and his friends walk around with knives and metal pipes

      As someone who lives in Maryland, this is true. But here, many animals call it there home. So this water must be different than brackish. It may have to do with another component in the water or the environment in/around it.

    All of the limestone quarries here in Texas have pools that look just like that at the bottom. It's a crazy vibrant turquoise color.

    We have a bunch of salt water/ fresh water lakes, ponds, waterways etc. where I grew up. It's called Brackish Water. I have never seen Brackish water look like that before. Usually it's a brown to dark brown.... and you don't want to swin in it! There are plenty of animals that can survive in this type of water here..... Water Moccasins and Alligators love this type of water.

    Philippines are 1 of the cleanest beaches/k
    lakes and I'm very proud that my country is top 1, I've seen so many beaches without trash, seaweeds, etc. and at summer we are going to a resort which is also clean like that lake

    If you go to Mount Gambier South Australia you can find lots of similar pond with a crystal-clear visibility of 80m+. Stand in a shady spot near the edge and see the bottom of even deeper ponds as if it was no water at all - it’s that perfectly clear. I visited there in 2001. It blew my mind.

    If anyone is wondering, the average pool is about 90°F and a hot tub is about 110°F so that lake is smokin hot

    if you insist on swimming in these lakes ..we have one on Fraser Island in Australia ..the worst thing u can do is wear sunscreen which leaves oily residue ...its also good to wash off all deodorants ,perfumes etc

      No sharks there. Its a lake with thousands of visitors. When I was there after a few weeks a European tourist drowned. After that they require you to wear a life jacket when on the lake.
