I practice breath holding, and my record is in excess of 5 minutes. Of course there are a few differences. For one thing, I sit perfectly still and relax every muscle so I don't use up oxygen. But most helpful is breathing pure oxygen for about 10-15 minutes before I try. lol. Yeah I know, it's cheating. I was at the dentist and having some fun. But without oxygen, I can still hold my breath for 2m30s. Again I never recorded an exactly how long that was. So, give or take 20 seconds.

Courses in diving with these gasses will be available.”
The one girl in my school brags that she can hold her breath for 10 mins so she did it but I told her to pinch her nose and she started talking and said no and she took her hand off her mouth to say that and her hand wasn’t even on her nose
