Not really sure why the Tyler was so whiny and scared of "R". I mean aside from the dead birds it's not like it got jealous of Shelbi or anyone like other "monsters/creatures" in other stories. If anything it seemed protective... definitely not the worst one to have watching over you.
Also to everyone wondering I would assume there's going to be more... the last bit of the story wasn't narrated.

protective but we can't ignore the possibility that the monster might want something in return like Tyler's soul, saying that he wants to protect Tyler and be with it forever. AHHHHHHHH

I actually thought that the object that fell out of the letter is Rachel's finger. Wonderful story. I definitely felt the creeps from your story telling too.
Excellent story that leaves me with a warm feeling inside and a desire to tell the two of them not to be afraid of their supernatural friend. Would love to see more evolve in this story, maybe a sequel. Definitely made my day.
I just love that your voice has so much emotions and influxes, unlike most other creepypasta readers whose voices are monotonous.
That one was good! A little slice-of-life story with the macabre and bizarre mixed in with juuuuust the right amount of mysteries unsolved.

You are really on a roll ! The stories are getting longer and better and better. Everyone 2020 turned into a pessimistic misanthrope now has cause for a rethink.
A great story that's clearly just half of it. If the author reads this you clearly have the Gift and I have all kinds of unanswered questions - what became of the released murderer ? Who or what was in the attic since the description didn't really match Victor begging the question of who Victor was and where he fit into the dastardly scheme taking shape around the narrator ? And of course there's R's thus unfulfilled pledge to visit the stunning - and 12 year old Kim. And what was with the plucked birds ? I eagerly await the critical second part which I know my unhealthy horror addiction will gorge on. And I hope and trust you'll show the same impeccable good taste of getting the phenomenon that is Lighthouse Horror to do the performance.
Finally a story that isn't laden with _way_ too many adjectives and metaphors/similies. 😊

There HAS TO BE a part 2! The author should know you cant just stop in the middle of a story. Theres already to many unknowns and empty space from the 1st letter from R to the summer camp.

@@LighthouseHorror You left out the last paragraph of the story, which hints of more to come. That said, the parts you read were written in 2015 and 2016, and the author disappeared from the creepypasta wiki in 2017, so I think another part is unlikely now.

I missed this 1 somehow I think until now. Anyway as always a faultless production but I wish there was more to the story ending!! It could easily have a 2nd chapter & I’m sure most would agree. ♥️♥️♥️

I was doing chores as I was listening to this story. Didn't realize I still had more to go. When he received the letter in his bed the next morning, I thought the story was over! I thought, "How creepy, it knows where he lives!". What a rookie mistake, there was more to the story! These stories always have a cool twist at the end.
Wow, you have an attractive voice! I wouldn't be surprised if you branched into voice acting.
Also, I really liked the talking crow story with the little girl in the cage. It's a simple premise, but so enjoyable because of the empathy and connection between the two characters. I could see it in a Stephen King collections book as a short story.
(I'm an artist, and I could just picture it as an illustration style with a simple, cute cartoon look with gothic scenery/tones. So beautiful. Thank you! 💋)

The mention of flashlight tag had me remembering church camp and the camp our high school would go to every summer. I went to a small Christian school and the whole high school and teachers would gather for a three day retreat to get acquainted. My favorite games were always flashlight tag and capture the flag!!

The story was very very ,good it held my interest,,but I really didnt care for the end ,its like it needed.more ,I know sometimes less is better but there are too many unanswered questions that were left out ,it just ended too abruptly
