Like most areas, there are good part of concord that are amazing for families. Highland creek has a Cabarrus side. And cox mill high school is very highly rated

I can’t speak in depth about them all.. but fort mill and Tega cay are surprisingly much more diverse than even I would’ve originally thought

It’s for all families. Due to licensing laws I can’t talk specifically about areas for a particular demographic.
