New subbie here. We lived in Salisbury for a few years and moved back to nyc. After husband passed,2 years ago I lost my husband abd im looking to move to east Charlotte. I have older children living close. I’m in the financial industry and my son wants to pursue tech, so this video is helpful
Wow. Cherry got a mention. Also Elizabeth is a walkable interesting neighborhood and there's the streetcar that runs through the Cherry/Elizabeth area.
Good video. What's your preference for older retired people eho want to be near amenities and conveniences, such as groceries, restaurants, medical services? Sounds from your video like the focus is South End, moreso than South Park or Dilworth?
As an epileptic who I can drive but really don’t want to drive what would yall say out of all these great areas he said to pick ? I just want good places to eat easy grocery shopping access to transit both train and bus, good job proximity, and I do have family more in the university area and would love a quick way to get there without uber and Lyft. Also I am African American New Yorker if that adds anything to it
Good Brotha! I need your email so I can talk to you... My wife son and I are coming to North Carolina March 31 til the 4th to start looking to where we want to relocate there...

Shoot me an email or call!
Watch out for HOA fees?
I heard somebody say that the east side of Charlotte is a bad area, is that true?
It’s definitely hit or miss, there are parts that are becoming much better as people don’t want to live 40 minutes away and stay in the city
Yea. It’s bad
You should use knowledge to do real estate. Would definitely love you to help me relocate
We are in real estate and would love to help

"Promo SM"
there is not too many neighborhoods
He actually missed quite a few.
Myers park is a killer !!!!!
Okay wait. South end might work too. NoDa might be too hippie dippie for two professionals trying to raise great kids. WE NEED DIVERSITY though.
