So, if you are only using TV speakers you have a 2.2 channel output with a total of 40W on the C2. The software of the TV is programmed to decode Dolby atmos and provide as much channel separation as possible. So, for consuming content you will get pretty good fidelity with Dolby atmos. However, if you just want great 2 channel sound, you can go with uncompressed stereo on the Xbox and linear PCM on the PS5. This will also provide equally good audio output from the TV. Tell you what, why don’t you try both these options and let me know if you find any difference. On the PS5, do ensure you do the setup for 3D audio for TV speakers as well to ensure you get the best output possible.
@@Carl-kk6fclike I said you can try both options - Linear PCM and then Dolby atmos. Play a family Marvel Spiderman 2. Preferably the opening sandman sequence on both settings and see which one sounds better to you. Both sound good to me :-)
