    It’s nice to see a video of the whole job, not cut and edited and all the bits that you think should be simple cut out, well done. Did you start breaking pinions after putting in the Hobbywing ESC ?

    • @jessemichalies
      @jessemichalies  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I went through 2 pinions and a spur with the stock esc. I switched to b a Robinson Racing pinion and haven't replaced the gears since.

    I think if u had an exploded diagram pulled up you could have cut 30 min out of this job. None the less, good job getting it all together.

      Lol, I do have the Manuel's with the parts diagrams, but their last case, Scenario

    I have never seen any other aluminum parts match with Traxxas aluminum colors...some may be close but usually not even close...

    Great video! Thank you! Vitavon makes some great stuff. I like the m2c bellcrank also. Really not sure what the best option is.

      @jessemichalies  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      M2c is very nice as well. I just figured I make everything match

      @@jessemichalies Of course, I found sometimes if you upgrade one item from one company and another from a different one you can end up not having them fit together.

    My friend, that last screw wat was over it belongs straight on the top of the left bell crank tower, i think bro

    Very helpfull ,was wondering if that upper bulkhead was gonna work on xrt alot of confusion with that stock part number and the xmaxx ,will be ordering upper bulkhead by vitavon ,can't find stock ones anywhere!

    thanks for showing the whole process! how will you get the suspension pin out again if it needs to be replaced for whatever reason? 40:00

      After the video, I had to pull it back apart a bit to tighten up the servo saver adjustment and the pins slide right out. I don't think I had them aligned quite right the first go around.

    Great video will help a lot with changing the Bell crank out. I just got my Vitavon Bell crank wondering did you adjust the spring tension at all before you install the crank?

    • @jessemichalies
      @jessemichalies  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You'll want to adjust it ahead of time. I had to take mine back apart a little to tighten it up some more

    • @frfrank5862
      @frfrank5862 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@jessemichalies Ok Thanks! So maybe 4 to 5 full turns on the spring tension? Also i'm paring this with the Vitavon Servo horn/ steering link and using Traxxas 2085X upgraded servo too.

    • @jessemichalies
      @jessemichalies  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @Fr Frank make sure 3 or 4 threads are showing on top of the adjustment ring

    • @marc1981er
      @marc1981er ปีที่แล้ว +1

      2085x ist still weak...Just a small Upgrade to the Stock u need some stronger, faster one to mess up with the vitavon parts to go more to get pay em off

      I ended up adding a perfect pass monster servo, and it made a huge improvement.

    What’s that receiver box with the carbon fiber and the antenna mount coming off the top? And that things too clean, almost looks like it’s never been run before! 😂

    • @jessemichalies
      @jessemichalies  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It's the basher queen's switch mount that comes with her max esc mount. I drilled a hole in the rubber plug to relocate my antenna. I've only put 2 sets of packs through it so ya it's still pretty new looking

    • @jaredchampagne2752
      @jaredchampagne2752 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@jessemichalies sweet man, looks super clean. What are you running for a servo? Still stock or? I’m trying to figure out which one will bolt right up with little modifications, the stock one is pretty weak

    • @jessemichalies
      @jessemichalies  ปีที่แล้ว

      @Jared Champagne my next video is going to be upgrading the servo to a perfect pass monster. I had to get an adapter kit for it but I agree on the stock servo is horrible

    Hey,
    Will the vitavon upper bulkhead fit with a gpm bell crank, do you know that? I got one gpm bell crank and havent seen some gpm bulkhead so far, but its a good tuning Part, the aluminium one from the vitavon.
    Thank you

The gpm parts from China the vitavon is Import too, shipping is few days more. Ive notice Ur Upgrades, think theyre usefull. In USA they have some huge powerfull engines u not getting here around...sad with this 2085x servo so i got an rs1 from states, payed my ass off with All taxes but now its good. Have a nice day

    brother can i make a suggestion?
    get yourself a lil 4v skil drill. they are like 30 bucks.... your throwing around that overly huge & bulky heavy drill. Every time i watch you slip off a piece of hardware i cringe lol
