- CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERVIEW QUESTIONS - What Your Hiring Manager Wants To Hear // This is Episode 8 of Get Ready With Me To Get Hired this 2020 or whichever year you're watching this video. I act as your hiring manager to provide you with what actual "hiring managers" want to hear during a customer service interview. In my previous videos, I included the sample answers. In this video, I only provided clues so that you can use your creativity to create your own answers.

Comment ONE possible interview question and your OWN answer. I will give you feedback about how to improve your answer. This is the time - ask away!! PS: Please don't ask me here how to answer, but rather how to improve the answer you already have in mind. THANK YOU!

Hi I'm a new subscriber. I had my 18months experienced as a csr and that was my first BPO. I left my previous job last 2019 because I need to take care my new born baby. I'm planning to apply again but sometimes I feel like Im running out of English 😂.
I will use your tips to get hired. Thanks
Go for it, Jen!! 💓
Same 😂😂😂😂
Thank you
Tomorrow ia my final.interview hope it will be smooth nice and easy
Hi when given these questions should my answer be an explanation of how i would deal with the situation or should it be a reenactment of what im going to do during those scenarios? Thank you
Good question. It depends on how the question is asked. Ideally it's an explanation. But if you're asked for an example, a reenactment would be great.
I like your videos, they are very detailed.
Glad to know 🤗💖
What if im a newbie and was asked the question #4? Should i still answer it even if im a newbie?
Hi Ms.Rea! Last (May 12-14, 2020) I was called by the Concentrix Recruitment. I passed their Initial Interview and I also did my very best on their provided exam that they gave to me. After all, they called me again and Inform me that the next call I will take is the final validation. I just want to know if it is the final interview? Miss Rea, what should I do next? Or any tips and advices. By the way I want to thank you for these videos you've uploaded. It's helpful for me to know the basic aprroach, attitude and behavior.
Thanks for watching. Not sure if you're done with your final validation na but yes it should be the final interview and final round of assessments if meron pa.
Ano po ung exam nila?
This is not for newbies right? Ugh it’s quite difficult.
As a fresher this kind of questions makes me get more nervous.
gold. thanka
the number 1 and 2 question is very hard for me to answer because idont know what kind of service the costumer is complaining for actualy i dont know what to because i dont have any experience or knowledge to do the steps its eithier to answer it via demonstrating or by telling the interviewer the steps what to do
i know someone who reading at this may laugh or critisise me but im oky with that in fact i already failed 2 interview's because of this question beffore i watch this video.
Can you make a video about calle flow to call center please

Hi. I have the interest to buy your ebook but could you tell me how much is it in dollars, please ?
Hello Jose, it's 12.99 usd 😊
It seems that if you tell a story to the hiring manager/TA manager/final interviewer they hate story telling, which is for me to connect it to my main point. Is it better to answer in a straightforward manner or tell a story so that the interviewer can get the gist or like the history of your point?
Depends on the question. If the question starts with "tell me about.." then most likely, it should be a story. For the rest, direct to the point is best.
Thank you so much for answering. In addition to this, do interviewers treat experienced and newbies differently? Like interviewers expecting more from with BPO experience.
@@painted18 treatment should be the same, maybe the line of questioning is different 🙂
Gusto ko pong matu2ng Mag call center.
Tomorrow is my interview goodluck to me
In a green restaurant I worked for a customer came back with more than half of her food gone complaining about a hair she had found in there.. she wanted to get more food since that happened. My manager wasn’t in and so I stepped in and apologized for that happening and asked if she would like to get a new meal of what she ordered or a refund. She refused both and became more angry and demanded she can get whatever she wants from our menu. I told her i cannot authorize that but I can get her name and number and have my manager get back to her as soon as he can. I was very friendly to her despite her attitude. She then just asked for a new meal and thanked me for being patient with her. True story! Is this a good one for that first question?
That was a good one! ❤️
I want to apply customer service but I'm not fluent in English
same... okay lang naman kahit di fluent basta maayos yung mga grammar & sentences mo mas okay na yon diba :)
I'll have an interview in 30 minutes, gonna use your tips
how you are going to sale a second hand toothbrush ?? those 1 questioned me during initial interview
Ohmy... Is there any reason to sell a second hand toothbrush?😅
Woaah well, I've search about it and I found a good reason ehhe
how about i only know basic english not fluent ??
Hi! Rea pwede mo ba aqng turuan call center ?no experience high school grad. Lang po aq...
Yep you can watch all my videos on this channel 😊
5:42 are they going to ask me that question even if it is my first time applying to call center? I've never been in that situation
They might. So you have to think of areas in your life where you've handled an angry person.
May posibilidad po ba itanong yan sa initial at final interview?
Yes
Ako pang 1k like 🥰
hope ma hired mahina panaman ako sa englishan
